Maison Turco is an atelier in Melbourne founded and operated by Luigi Turco. We are a one-person studio focused on commission-based web design and build work.
We design and build websites. We offer three editions—Launchpad, Signature, and Flagship—each with different scope and timeline. We also offer the Growth retainer for ongoing support after launch. Every engagement starts with a written brief and a fixed price for a fixed timeline.
Before we begin any work, we'll prepare a Master Service Agreement (MSA) and a Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines the specific deliverables, timeline, and price for your project. You'll review and sign both documents. This is when we lock in scope and timeline. No work starts until both are signed.
Payment is split 50 / 50. Half is due when we sign the engagement; the other half is due on launch. Invoices are net 14. We don't begin work until the first 50% is received.
Revisions included depend on your edition. Launchpad includes one round of revisions. Signature includes two rounds. Flagship includes unlimited revisions within the agreed scope. Revisions outside the original brief scope are billed separately.
You own the final website and all deliverables once payment is complete. Maison Turco retains the right to feature your project in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials—unless you've signed a separate non-disclosure agreement with us at the time of engagement. If privacy matters for your brand, we can discuss that in your intake call.
Our liability for any claim arising from this engagement is limited to the fees you've paid. We maintain professional standards and will deliver work that meets the brief, but we can't be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control or for indirect damages.
This is a plain-English summary of how we work and what you can expect. The binding agreement for each engagement is the Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work that we sign together. Those documents are currently under review by Australian legal counsel to ensure they meet local requirements; this page will be updated once that review is complete.
