We collect only what you give us directly. If you fill out our commission intake form, we record your name, email address, and the details you provide about your project. That's it. We don't track you across the web, we don't build profiles, and we don't sell or share your information.
Commission form submissions are emailed to commissions@maisonturco.com and then forwarded to a single Gmail inbox for review. We don't store submissions in any database or third-party platform. Your information sits in email until we've completed your engagement, at which point you can request deletion.
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how people use our site. Plausible is hosted in the EU and respects your privacy—no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no profiling. We see aggregate pageviews, outbound clicks, and when you submit a commission goal. We don't use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, or any other tracking service.
This site is hosted on Framer, which handles the delivery of our pages. Cloudflare manages our DNS records and email routing. Both providers have their own privacy terms, which we've chosen because they maintain reasonable privacy standards.
We don't use cookies for tracking. Any session cookies that Framer sets are first-party essentials only—they help the site function and expire when you close your browser.
If you've submitted a commission inquiry and want your information deleted, write to commissions@maisonturco.com and we'll remove it. There's no third-party database holding your data beyond the email inbox, so deletion is straightforward.
